How we rebranded Parkwood Doors as a B2B2C sales tool.

Parkwood Doors is a family and founder-led New Zealand business. They’ve been manufacturing doors for the Australian and NZ market from their factory in Whanganui for over 30 years.
Trout spent a day with Parkwood gathering ingredients to refresh their brand. We took inspiration from the people in the factory, their leaders, their sales team and customers to build a brand that blends the dedication of the Parkwood people with the beauty of the end result.

The brand itself needed to work hard.
The biggest challenge for Parkwood Doors sits with the number of audiences they have to engage. The builder and aluminium fabricator drives the spec, ultimately influencing the homeowner.
So, the brand had to stretch.
It needed to align the business to one single promise (everyone from the factory to customer service). It needed to be used as a sales tool for builders and fabricators. And it needed to inspire homeowners.
For us, the story of the Parkwood Doors brand refresh has been far more than a cosmetic overhaul. It’s been about building true B2B2C advantage to help Parkwood Doors win.
